We are seeking two detail-oriented QA Data Entry Specialists for an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Enter, update, and validate customer order information in internal systems.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or data errors and communicate with internal teams for correction.
- Maintain productivity goals while processing a high volume of orders with strong accuracy.
- Monitor order quality and support compliance with established order entry and quality assurance procedures.
- Help support customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Oxnard, CA.
- Work Arrangement: On-site.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire, contract/temporary.
- Overtime may be required as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Review and validate customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Process order entry updates in company systems while meeting quality standards.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
- Support quality assurance checks for order processing accuracy.

- Previous order processing, order entry, purchase order data entry, administrative support, or quality assurance experience required.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Strong data entry skills with a proven ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using order processing systems, internet-based applications, or similar business software.
- Strong English grammar, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule and overtime as needed.
- Background check and drug screen required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service or client support experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, order fulfillment, or quality-focused environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new software, internal systems, and company procedures.
