Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for an opportunity near Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a property management professional who enjoys owning day-to-day property operations, building strong tenant and resident relationships, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.

The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership representatives. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, service-focused environment where communication, accountability, and operational excellence are valued. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, financial oversight, and problem-solving skills to help support property performance, tenant satisfaction, and long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations for assigned properties, including inspections, maintenance coordination, safety standards, and overall property appearance.
- Build positive tenant and resident relationships by responding professionally to inquiries, service requests, concerns, and lease compliance matters.
- Support leasing and occupancy goals by assisting with tours, renewals, vacancy planning, turnover coordination, and marketing strategy execution.
- Manage property financial activity, including budgets, expense review, invoice approvals, rent collection support, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, service agreements, bids, licensing, insurance documentation, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines, landlord-tenant regulations, company policies, property files, inspections, and risk management requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Bellevue, WA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage property operations, maintenance coordination, vendor relationships, and tenant communications.
- Support leasing, occupancy management, renewals, turnover planning, and tenant retention.
- Oversee budgets, expenses, rent collection support, reporting, and property financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with housing regulations, Fair Housing guidelines, company policies, and property documentation.

- Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
- Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and vendor management.
- Experience managing budgets, reviewing expenses, and supporting property financial goals.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant regulations, Fair Housing requirements, and property management best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, tenant needs, and operational issues in a professional manner.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to build productive relationships with tenants, residents, vendors, staff, and ownership representatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, or HOA properties.
- Experience using property management software platforms.
- CAM, ARM, CPM, or other relevant property management certifications.
- Experience supervising maintenance, leasing, administrative, or on-site property staff.
