Property management company is looking to hire a Property Assistant's
Job Duties:
-Answering phones and typing correspondence
-Respond to emails and enter data entry
-Audit resident’s files, organize, file, fax, scan, photocopy documents
-May create and distributes correspondence (letters, notices, forms, etc.)
-Responds to incoming calls from residents, on-site managers, vendors, and Property Owners as necessary
-May coordinate with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
-May assist with processing applications
-Misc office tasks as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
-Previous experience in property management
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail oriented and highly organized
-Strong customer service skills
-Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
-Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent GED
-Previous experience in property management or real estate
