What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including phones, correspondence, filing, and reports.
Process accounts payable, code and prepare invoices for approval.
Assist with lease administration, tenant communications, and insurance documentation.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and special events.
Prepare bid proposals, service contracts, and contract documentation.
Track contracts and certificates of insurance and monitor expiration dates.
Manage work orders and purchase orders while preparing monthly status reports.
Maintain lease, contract, and property management files.
Foster positive relationships with tenants and respond to service requests.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual property management reports and budget preparation.
Process maintenance payroll hours, tenant bill-back invoices, expense reports, meter readings, and check requests.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
Administrative experience in property management or a similar office environment.
Experience preparing and tracking work orders.
Yardi experience strongly preferred (Nexus experience is a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
