Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Plumbing for a direct hire opportunity in the Greater Seattle Area, based near Kent, WA. This full-time role will oversee multifamily and commercial plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedules, budgets, field coordination, documentation, procurement, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multifamily and commercial plumbing projects from planning and preconstruction through completion and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, vendors, subcontractors, field leadership, and other trades to keep projects moving forward.
- Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing, and project documentation.
- Manage procurement to ensure materials and equipment are available according to project timelines.
- Partner with superintendents and field teams to resolve scheduling, installation, coordination, quality, and safety issues.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage commercial and multifamily plumbing construction projects from startup through closeout.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and cost controls.
- Lead communication with general contractors, owners, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, contractual, financial, and schedule requirements.

- 5+ years of project management experience within commercial or multifamily plumbing construction.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction drawings, specifications, sequencing, and installation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, documentation, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects, competing priorities, and deadline-driven construction schedules.
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working closely with field personnel, senior stakeholders, clients, and project partners.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using construction project management software.
- Background managing plumbing scopes on multifamily, commercial, office, or mixed-use construction projects.
- Strong client relationship skills with the ability to support repeat business and long-term project partnerships.
