Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage customer projects from initial communication through completion and shipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal manufacturing teams.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, requirements, and expectations clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate internally to ensure projects move efficiently through manufacturing, production, and delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, organization, and exceptional service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $35 to $42 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage customer projects from planning through shipment.
- Coordinate timelines, priorities, and project requirements across internal teams.
- Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and manage expectations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant engineering or project management experience.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of completion.
- Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable managing both high-maintenance and low-maintenance customer accounts.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

- Manufacturing project management experience.
- Experience working in metals, minerals, machining, fabrication, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of customer projects.
- Outgoing, customer-focused personality with a strong “get it done” approach.
