Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an opportunity North of Seattle. This role is ideal for a construction professional with 6 to 10 years of project management experience across residential, commercial, or multi-family construction projects.

The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. Key Responsibilities

- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, change orders, documentation, and overall project performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates and addressing scope changes or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field leadership, architects, engineers, and external stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage residential, commercial, or multi-family construction projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Lead project teams while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Use construction management tools to track progress, documentation, and project performance.

- 6 to 10 years of experience managing construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or multi-family construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Washington State building codes, permitting processes, and construction regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong client relationships, and drive projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP certification.
- CCM certification.
- Prior construction project management experience in Washington State.
- Experience leading projects involving multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and complex schedules.
