Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Frisco, TX, supporting commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact leadership role for a construction professional who can oversee complex projects, guide project teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive successful delivery across safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations are met.
- Manage, mentor, and support project management teams, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and key project stakeholders.
- Monitor project financials, schedules, risks, performance, and project controls, implementing corrective action when needed.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project-related issues.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to review progress, quality, compliance, and field execution.
- Support design-build coordination, permitting, site evaluation, development activities, proposals, presentations, networking, and business development efforts.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $125,000 to $160,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Manage project teams, field staff, schedules, budgets, contracts, risks, and client communication.
- Support design-build coordination, permitting, estimating, project delivery, and business development activities.
- Use construction management and project controls software to support execution, reporting, and project performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of construction industry experience, including project management and leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with commercial construction projects and business development activities.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and construction project delivery methods.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, surveys, and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Results-driven approach with strong attention to quality, project performance, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading multiple commercial construction projects or overseeing project management teams across several active jobs.
- Background with design-build projects, site development, permitting, and early-stage project planning.
- Strong network of client, subcontractor, vendor, and industry relationships in the commercial construction market.
- Experience participating in project pursuits, proposals, presentations, and strategic business development initiatives.
