Prepare project proposals by analyzing scope of work, measure sheets and purchasing agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities ● Review Scope of Work to determine material and labor requirements of a project ● Ensure completion of proposals in a timely manner ● Communicate with management and team members regarding new and complex projects ● Ensure proper costs of materials and labor ● Manage RFP’s of specific area of responsibility ● Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors ● Maintain proper project margin.

Requirements: 
*High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred, and two years of related experience.
* Read and Interpret documents such as measure sheets and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

* Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Email.
