We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Construction) for a full-time direct hire opportunity in Longmont, CO. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support construction projects from planning through completion to help ensure schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Assist project managers with project planning, documentation, tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, project milestones, and other key construction activities.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, reports, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate construction project activities, schedules, documentation, and communication.
- Support project managers with planning, reporting, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain project records, permits, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
- Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and construction teams to support project success.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related construction role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, documentation, and project workflow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and construction field teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting industrial facilities, infrastructure, commercial construction, or similar construction projects.
- Prior experience assisting with project budgets, schedules, permits, inspections, and status reporting.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
