Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for an opportunity in Everett, WA, supporting residential, commercial, and multi-family construction projects. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys keeping projects organized, communicating across teams, tracking details, and helping ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
The Construction Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, contractors, clients, and internal team members to support day-to-day project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, schedules, and related project records.
- Serve as a communication point between project managers, subcontractors, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, expenditures, timelines, and deliverables to help keep projects aligned with goals.
- Identify project issues, communicate concerns promptly, and support solutions that keep work moving forward.
- Help ensure work meets company quality standards and complies with applicable safety requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Everett, WA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate residential, commercial, and multi-family construction projects.
- Support project timelines, schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Help resolve project issues while supporting quality, safety, and budget expectations.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant construction project coordination experience.
- Experience supporting residential, commercial, or multi-family construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction project documentation, schedules, permits, contracts, and reporting.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects across more than one construction sector, such as residential, commercial, and multi-family.
- Familiarity with budget tracking, subcontractor coordination, and construction project reporting.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced construction office or field support environment.
