Key Responsibilities
- Track project status, milestones, timelines, and variances to support timely project completion.
- Coordinate communication across R&D, Operations, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor workflows within the project management platform.
- Collect and organize stakeholder feedback, approvals, updates, samples, and testing details.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or project issues early and escalate them to the appropriate team members.
- Support new product development, product launch, and commercialization activities from concept through launch readiness.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Ontario, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, documentation, and workflow updates.
- Support new product development activities, including samples, approvals, testing, and launch readiness.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to keep departments aligned and projects moving forward.
- Track risks, issues, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback to support successful project execution.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or product development coordination within manufacturing and/or production.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking project data, approvals, and documentation.
- Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive problem-solving ability with a self-motivated, resourceful, and team-oriented approach.
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, changing timelines, and evolving project scopes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting new product development, product launches, or commercialization projects.
- Experience using Monday.com or a similar project management platform.
- Background in personal care, cosmetics, consumer goods, or related manufacturing environments.
