Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA, supporting project coordination and execution within the maritime engineering services industry. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules to support timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to support project alignment and issue resolution.
- Track tasks, action items, and deliverables to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and project priorities are met.
- Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting in partnership with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and help maintain clear visibility into project progress.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate cross-functional communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist with budget monitoring, resource tracking, and project status reporting.
- Help drive timely execution of maritime engineering projects through strong organization and follow-up.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support client and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, track details accurately, and follow through on action items.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to the maritime, naval architecture, marine engineering, or engineering services industry.
- Military experience, especially experience involving organization, planning, logistics, operations, or strategic execution.
- Experience supporting complex technical projects, engineering teams, or client-facing project environments.
