Responsibilities:
Position Summary
The Project Administrator / Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration, organization, and operational support of the office. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment while providing administrative and project support to managers and teams. The position serves as a key liaison between employees, building services, vendors, IT support, and other departments to ensure business operations run smoothly. Safety is a top priority, and the incumbent is expected to promote and support a culture of safety by incorporating safe practices into all aspects of their work and maintaining compliance with company safety standards and emergency preparedness requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional office environment by ensuring workspaces, common areas, equipment, and supplies support efficient operations and comply with company safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, coordinating with building management, facilities, vendors, and IT to address maintenance needs, technology support, workspace readiness, and operational issues.
• Manage office resources, including supplies, equipment, printers, and related services, ensuring all materials and systems are stocked, functional, and available to support business needs.
• Support director, managers, and teams with administrative and project-related activities, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting coordination, and tracking action items and deliverables.
• Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including room reservations, catering, setup, and cleanup, to ensure a positive and professional employee experience.
• Promote a culture of safety by updating and maintaining safety and emergency signage, supporting emergency preparedness initiatives and drills, identifying workplace hazards, and incorporating safe work practices into all aspects of the role.
• Coordinate with building management and company stakeholders regarding safety-related issues and facility concerns.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety by making safety a priority in every task, decision, and interaction, and by encouraging others to do the same.
