Responsibilities:
Research a variety of public records and data sources, including: Property deeds Wills and estates Probate court records.
Property tax information.
Gather and compile large volumes of information for case analysts to assist with the recovery of funds from assets.
Verify the accuracy and validity of collected data.
Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Organize and maintain records in accordance with agency procedures.
Ensure all research is thorough, accurate, and completed within established timelines.
Qualifications:Experience researching or working with property deeds, real estate records, property taxes, wills, estates, or probate court records is required. Strong research and investigative skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with high-volume data entry and document review. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
