Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Operations Specialist for a temporary contract opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for someone with office, document processing, copy center, mailroom, records management, or print production experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced professional environment.

As a Print Operations Specialist, you will support daily document production, high-volume printing, copying, sorting, filing, storage, and distribution activities. You will work closely with site leadership and internal customers to complete job requests accurately, keep records organized, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to build practical experience in print operations, administrative support, customer service, and records management.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate high-volume printing, copying, and document production equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, review, organize, process, file, store, and distribute incoming documents and records.
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical or maintenance issues as needed.
- Provide front-line customer service by responding to inquiries and managing print, copy, mail, and document requests.
- Maintain accurate records, inventory logs, service documentation, and workflow tracking.
- Support mailing, sorting, reception coverage, room setup, light maintenance, and other general office duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $20 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job type: Temporary contract.
- Location: Bellevue, WA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Operate and support high-volume print, copy, and document production workflows.
- Process, sort, file, store, and distribute documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage customer requests, service documentation, inventory, and basic administrative support tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate service needs appropriately.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of related office, copy center, print operations, mailroom, records management, or document processing experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Dependable, adaptable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple requests throughout the day.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, workplace protocols, and site-specific operating standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, or document production equipment.
- Previous experience in a professional office services, mailroom, filing, records management, or reprographics environment.
- Ability to support reception coverage, meeting room setup, mailing, sorting, and general site operations as needed.
