Seeking a professional with expertise in print production workflows and ERP systems to design, configure, and maintain work templates that support accurate estimating and efficient production planning. Experience with ERP applications (Avanti or similar) and knowledge of XML are preferred.

Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reusable work templates within the ERP system.

Configure template sections such as cover pages, body pages, and finishing/assembly components.

Define page specifications, materials, layouts, and production requirements.

Assign presses, print tasks, finishing, and assembly operations.

Apply and customize templates during estimate creation.

Translate print production requirements into ERP workflows.

Configure paper stocks, binding, cutting, coating, and finishing options for accurate costing.

Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to optimize ERP workflows and template functionality.

Support estimators and project managers by enabling efficient and accurate estimate generation.

Continuously improve templates and processes using the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) methodology.

Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of print production workflows and job lifecycle management.

Experience with ERP systems (Avanti or similar).

Knowledge of job costing, estimating, and production planning.

Ability to convert customer requirements into production-ready workflows.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process standardization skills.

Attention to detail in workflow design, costing, and process mapping.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial print, digital print, or print operations environments.

Familiarity with workflow automation systems.

Basic understanding of XML and ERP data structures.
