Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Practice Assistant to join a growing healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a collaborative setting, and takes pride in creating a positive patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support providers in delivering high-quality patient care and day-to-day clinical operations
- Assist with maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
- Respond to patient and provider requests both verbally and electronically with professionalism and care
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for patients and staff
- Follow established policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Assist in handling urgent or crisis situations with professionalism and composure
- Collaborate with the care team and contribute wherever support is needed
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
