理想候选人：

我们正在寻找具有丰富 PC 硬件支持经验的人才，能够为客户提供高质量的电脑硬件技术支持与维修服务。


工作职责：

• 测试并重现客户反馈的硬件问题，与客户沟通以了解电脑系统配置及问题重现步骤。

• 通过电话及电子邮件为客户提供技术支持。

• 持续关注最新的电脑硬件、软件以及热门 PC 游戏的发展动态。

• 根据需要提供出差或现场（On-site）技术支持。

• 根据业务需要配合加班。


任职要求：
• 至少 3 年个人电脑（PC）及笔记本电脑维修、故障排除或硬件测试经验。

• 具备电脑硬件组件的中级知识，熟悉各类电脑零组件。

• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件。

• 具备优秀的英文书面及口头沟通能力。

• 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先。

• 必须拥有在美国合法工作的资格。

• 会西班牙语者优先考虑（非必须）。
