Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and within required timelines.
- Maintain, update, and reconcile payroll records, reports, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with internal team members.
- Support process improvements to increase payroll accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders regarding payroll questions and updates.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $62,790 to $75,322 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.

- 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, wage calculations, deductions, and payroll compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience processing payroll for multiple clients or business entities.
- Prior experience in a business services or client-focused payroll environment.
- Familiarity with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance audits.
