Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and related care coordination activities.
- Submit insurance authorizations and follow up on authorization status as needed.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and ensure information is accurate in the system.
- Update patient demographics, contact details, and other registration information.
- Communicate with referring physicians and outside providers to obtain required medical records.
- Provide professional, courteous support to patients, clinical teams, and administrative staff.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $26 to $27 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of patient scheduling and insurance authorization experience.
- Prior experience in a hospital, specialty clinic, medical office, or large healthcare organization.
- Experience requesting, reviewing, or coordinating medical records from referring providers.
