Key Responsibilities
- Schedule specialty appointments, follow-up visits, and related patient services.
- Submit insurance authorization requests and track approval status.
- Coordinate authorization modifications and assist with Peer-to-Peer setup when needed.
- Verify insurance coverage and update patient demographic information.
- Collect, organize, and maintain medical records within the EMR system.
- Provide professional administrative support to patients, providers, and internal teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $27 to $28 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Schedule specialty medical appointments and follow-up visits.
- Submit and track insurance authorizations.

- Collect and maintain medical records using an EMR system.
- 1+ years of recent experience scheduling patient medical appointments.
- 1+ years of recent experience submitting insurance authorizations.
- Experience using an EMR system is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with patient information.
- Professional communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative priorities in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic experience preferred.
- Recent experience in a specialty healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
