We are seeking experienced Patient Access Specialists to join a busy healthcare team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in patient registration, insurance verification, medical front office operations, and patient services.
As a key member of the front office team, you will provide exceptional patient support while ensuring accurate registration, insurance verification, and collection of patient financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
* Greet patients and provide excellent customer service in a professional medical office environment.
* Answer and route incoming phone calls.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for healthcare services.
* Complete patient registration and admission processes accurately.

* Calculate and collect patient financial responsibilities, including copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.

* Maintain accurate patient records and financial transaction documentation.

* Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and patient confidentiality standards.

* Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of patient services experience in a healthcare setting.

* Experience working in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or physician practice.

* Proficiency with CS Link or Epic EMR/EHR software.

* Strong knowledge of patient registration, insurance verification, and medical front office procedures.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
