Key Responsibilities

- Answer multi-line phone calls and route calls to the appropriate team members.
- Greet visitors, provide assistance, and maintain a professional front office atmosphere.
- Handle clerical tasks, administrative projects, and general office support duties.
- Sort and distribute daily mail accurately and efficiently.
- Stock office, break room, and kitchen supplies to support daily operations.
- Order office supplies and help maintain an organized, well-functioning workspace.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour.

- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a part-time contract/temporary role.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in real estate, property management, or a related professional services environment.
- Familiarity with general office procedures, mail handling, supply ordering, and front office coordination.
- Comfortable interacting with visitors, callers, vendors, and internal team members in a professional setting.
