Job Summary

A direct hire Paralegal opportunity is available in Denton, TX for a legal professional with 3 to 5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and case materials.
- Support attorneys with case preparation, document management, legal research, and matter tracking.
- Coordinate deadlines, filings, calendars, meetings, and communications with internal teams and external parties.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure documentation is complete, current, and properly organized.
- Assist with discovery, records collection, court filings, and administrative legal support as needed.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support attorneys with legal document preparation, case organization, and matter management.
- Manage deadlines, filings, calendars, and legal correspondence.
- Assist with discovery, research, records management, and case preparation.
- Maintain accurate legal files and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal document preparation, case management, and legal administrative procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document review and file maintenance.
- Professional judgment, confidentiality, and ability to work effectively with attorneys and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common legal support tools or case management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Paralegal certificate or related legal education.
- Experience with court filings, e-filing systems, discovery support, and litigation deadlines.
- Familiarity with Texas legal procedures and local court requirements.
- Experience in a professional services, business services, or law firm environment.
