Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate attorney schedules, court deadlines, and case timelines.
-Prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery demands.
-Review files, manage discovery schedules, and prepare cases for depositions.
-Draft and oversee the service of subpoenas and compile trial materials.
-Review, organize, and bate stamp medical records for discovery.
-Submit legal documents accurately through local and Federal Court systems.

Qualifications & Skills
-2 to 6+ years as a civil and commercial legal assistant or paralegal.
-High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience with NetDocuments and TABS (STI) billing is highly preferred.
-Prior experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow detailed directions.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-A paralegal certificate or degree is preferred but not required.
