Join a growing 3PL operation supporting premium automotive brands (Jaguar and Land Rover). We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can drive performance, lead a small team, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee day to day warehouse and distribution operations
• Manage inventory, shipping, productivity, and quality
• Drive KPIs, service levels, and budget performance
• Lead and develop a team of 7 employees
• Implement process improvements using Lean principles
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards
• Partner with customers and provide solutions
What You Bring
• 10+ years in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL
• 5+ years leading teams
• Strong knowledge of warehouse ops and inventory management
• Experience with WMS, SAP, or similar systems
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
