Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to support smooth business operations.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, deadlines, and follow-up items across departments.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, employees, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records, files, data entry, and document tracking.
- Support purchasing, inventory, supplies, onboarding, reporting, special projects, and management requests.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate administrative and operational workflows across multiple departments.
- Track schedules, deadlines, documents, purchase orders, invoices, and action items.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and accurate business records.
- Support customer communication, vendor coordination, onboarding tasks, and special projects.

- 3+ years of operations, administrative, office coordination, project coordination, or similar experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional customer service skills and a collaborative work style.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong data-entry and spreadsheet skills.
- Stable work history and strong professional references preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ERP, CRM, accounting, inventory, purchasing, or project management systems.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
- Experience supporting purchasing, inventory, vendor coordination, customer follow-up, or internal operations.
- Ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced office or business operations environment.
