Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Services Support professional for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Boca Raton, FL. This role supports daily copy, print, mailroom, scanning, shipping, receiving, and office services operations within a professional legal office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle copy, print, scanning, document production, and records-related requests with accuracy and professionalism.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, shipments, packing slips, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot copiers, printers, laptops, and related office equipment.
- Set up conference calls and provide basic technical support for meetings and office technology needs.
- Support document management, workflow processes, and organized office services operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to attorneys, office staff, and internal clients in a legal office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $21 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Assignment type: Temporary to permanent.
- Location: Boca Raton, FL.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support daily copy, print, scanning, and document production requests.
- Manage mailroom, package handling, shipping, receiving, and packing slip verification.

- Maintain organized office services workflows while completing projects independently.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 2 years of office services experience required.
- Experience with copy/print services and mailroom operations required.
- Strong computer skills and general technical aptitude required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, polished appearance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the office for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2 or more years of legal office experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience supporting attorneys, legal staff, or professional services teams preferred.
- Familiarity with document management workflows, scanning processes, and high-volume document production preferred.
