We are seeking a personable, reliable and professional Office Coordinator for a well-established firm in Glens Falls. This role sits at the center of daily operations and shapes first impressions for clients. You will be ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As the first point of contact for clients, you will create a warm, polished experience from the moment they walk through the doors or call the office. You will play a key role in keeping the office organized, responsive to clients, and running efficiently.
