In this role, you will support branch clients by opening and maintaining consumer and business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and related account services.
Key responsibilities include:
• Open and support new consumer and business accounts
• Provide excellent client service in person and over the phone
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
• Meet individual and branch sales goals/KPIs
• Review account documentation for accuracy and proper titling
• Follow all banking compliance requirements, including BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, and information security
• Perform teller transactions as needed and maintain strong balancing accuracy
• Partner with branch leadership and internal teams to support customer retention and branch growth
