We are seeking a dependable and organized Medical Front Office Associate for a temporary, on-site assignment in Ventura, CA. The Medical Front Office Associate will provide leave coverage from early June 2026 through December 2026 and will play an important role in patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and front office communication. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
- Coordinate patient intakes, scheduling, and therapist assignments to support efficient patient flow.
- Verify insurance coverage, benefits, deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket responsibilities.
- Explain patient financial information clearly and accurately to families.
- Assist with billing-related administrative processes and maintain organized patient records.
- Support day-to-day front office operations, communication, and general administrative workflow.

- Coordinate medical front office scheduling, patient intake, and patient flow.
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate deductibles, co-pays, and patient financial responsibilities.
- Support billing-related administrative tasks and accurate patient record maintenance.
- Provide professional front office service to patients, families, therapists, and internal teams.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative, clerical, or medical front office experience preferred based on role level.
- Prior experience in a medical front office or insurance-related environment required.
- Strong understanding of insurance verification, benefits, deductibles, co-pays, and patient responsibility.
- Experience with scheduling, intake coordination, and patient communication in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain professional in a busy medical office environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit through the full temporary assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a therapy, rehabilitation, pediatric, or family-centered healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with medical billing workflows, patient account documentation, or electronic patient record systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to support patients and families with empathy and professionalism.
