A growing wealth management firm is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the systems, reporting, data, and processes that support marketing performance and sales visibility. This direct hire role is ideal for a strategic, analytical marketing operations professional who enjoys making marketing measurable through Salesforce dashboards, KPI reporting, automation, and process improvement.

This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who wants to partner closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership. The Marketing Operations Manager will help improve CRM accuracy, campaign performance, lead management, and executive reporting while working in a collaborative environment with supportive leadership and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Salesforce marketing data, reporting, dashboards, and CRM process improvement initiatives.
- Design and maintain executive-level dashboards tracking campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and ROI.
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead management, CRM reporting, data quality, and operational visibility.
- Manage marketing automation workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing, campaign tracking, landing pages, forms, and attribution support.
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve CRM adoption, and strengthen marketing operations efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $135,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid in the Redmond, WA area after 90 days

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Build Salesforce dashboards, reports, and executive-level marketing performance reporting.
- Develop KPI dashboards for campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and ROI.
- Manage marketing automation campaigns, workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking.
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to improve CRM reporting, lead lifecycle processes, and data accuracy.

- 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience.
- Expert-level Salesforce CRM experience, including hands-on dashboard and report building.
- Experience serving as a Salesforce administrator, CRM power user, or primary owner of marketing data and reporting.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, CRM best practices, and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level reporting.
- Excellent communication, project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Renton/Redmond, WA area.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or another regulated industry.
- Experience with campaign attribution, pipeline reporting, and marketing ROI analysis.
- Experience integrating marketing technology platforms with Salesforce or related CRM systems.
- Experience improving CRM adoption, data governance, reporting consistency, and operational scalability.
