Job Summary

A local wealth management firm in Greenville, SC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who enjoys a blend of administrative support, client interaction, and marketing coordination.

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as a first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations, marketing projects, client communications, social media, website updates, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, and helping create a professional, welcoming office experience.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, document preparation, mailings, records maintenance, supply ordering, and general office coordination.
- Assist with marketing initiatives including social media scheduling, content coordination, graphics, website updates, and marketing material preparation.
- Support client events and seminars by assisting with invitations, logistics, materials, follow-up communications, and event execution.
- Track social media and website performance metrics and assist with compiling monthly analytics reports.
- Coordinate office equipment, inventory, meeting rooms, client-facing materials, and special projects to support efficient daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $44,000 to $47,000 per year.

- Provide front office and administrative support for daily operations, client meetings, scheduling, phones, supplies, and documentation.
- Assist with marketing projects including social media, website content, marketing materials, events, and client communications.
- Support project implementation for print and digital materials while reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Help maintain a polished client experience through professional communication, organization, and attention to detail.

- 1 to 2 years of previous administrative, office support, front desk, or related professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong client-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics.
- Comfortable supporting office technology, document preparation, mailings, calendars, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Canva, InDesign, Adobe software, WordPress, or similar marketing tools.
- Experience assisting with social media content, website updates, event coordination, or client engagement initiatives.
- Basic understanding of brand consistency, content accuracy, and compliance-sensitive communications.
