Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinates daily activities per the project plan for the project team where needed.
• Monitors and reports on the progress of projects within agreed timelines.
• Working with project leads to ensure optimal capacity and project planning.
• Ensures meeting minutes, agendas, for select project activities or milestones are prepared in a timely fashion.
• Management of routine projects as allocated by the project leads, ensuring a consistent approach by using approved templates and process flows.
• Ensure timely escalation of potential issues to project lead(s) as appropriate.
• Coordinates Change Requests (CR) to inform internal stakeholders of new types of equipment, processes, procedures, and specifications.
• Promotes effective teamwork across departments
• Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
Liaison between Internal CURIA Project Core Teams (Operations, Technical Operations, Global Engineering, Validations and Quality Assurance). Manufacturing Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Leads by coordinating associated workflows and the tracking of documentation with internal CURIA Department Directors, Operations, Technical Operations, Validations and Quality Assurance. The Manufacturing Project Coordinator’s primary function is to assist the project leads in coordinating the collection, preparation (i.e. scanning), notification and distribution of information and documentation necessary to ensure project milestones are met.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Windows, Microsoft TEAMS, Microsoft Word, MS Project (preferred but not required) and Excel computer programs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, schedule or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply basic math concepts.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Education and/or Experience:
Prefer an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution (college or university) with an emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Scientific related field. Pharmaceutical experience or project management experience or combination of such experience preferred by not required.
