Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Machine Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with recent manufacturing experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish (preferred).
The Maintenance Machine Technician will support production by keeping manufacturing equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a well-established organization that values teamwork, job stability, and dependable technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and support production goals.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on machinery and related systems.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and safety.
- Identify equipment issues, recommend solutions, and follow through on repairs in a timely manner.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and operations teams to support daily plant performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company safety procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $24 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Overtime: Some overtime available.
- Job Type: Direct hire, full-time opportunity.
- Location: On-site in Camarillo, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform equipment repairs.
- Complete preventative maintenance to support safe and reliable operations.
- Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment issues.
- 3 to 5 years of recent maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Reliable work history with demonstrated job stability and tenure in previous roles.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Food and Beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting high-speed production equipment is a plus.
- Previous experience in a full-time maintenance role within a stable manufacturing operation is preferred.
