In this role, you will support shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, data entry, and warehouse coordination. You will work closely with drivers, carriers, and internal team members to keep freight moving, records organized, and inventory data accurate. Key Responsibilities

- Process, review, and maintain accurate Bills of Lading, shipping documents, and warehouse records.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform inventory cycle counts, research discrepancies, and support inventory accuracy.
- Enter, update, and verify inventory data in company systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with picking, packing, staging, and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments as needed.
- Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, safety standards, reporting, and general administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate shipping and receiving activity, including BOLs and carrier communication.
- Maintain accurate inventory data through data entry, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
- Support warehouse operations, shipment verification, staging, documentation, and administrative reporting.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment.
- Hands-on experience processing Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory management, cycle counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Proficiency with Excel and basic computer systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with drivers, carriers, and team members.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and take initiative in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable and consistent work history with a commitment to long-term employment.
- Ability to lift and move materials regularly and work on your feet in a warehouse environment throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a role that combines warehouse operations with administrative or inventory control responsibilities.
- Experience supporting both physical inventory movement and system-based inventory updates.
- A self-motivated work style with the ability to identify issues, resolve problems, or escalate concerns appropriately.
