A temp-to-hire Logistic Coordinator opportunity is available in the Auburn, WA area for an experienced warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory professional. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and facility organization.
- Pick, pack, stage, load, unload, move, and store materials accurately and safely.
- Support inventory control through cycle counts, inventory audits, stock organization, and discrepancy resolution.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Use basic computer tools and warehouse documentation to support shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and material handling.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, stock organization, and discrepancy resolution.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely while loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, accurate, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
- 3 to 5 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory management experience.
- Current forklift certification is required and must be listed on your resume.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience conducting cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in Kent initially, with a future transition to Tacoma in January 2027.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial distribution, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or hydronic heating related warehouse environment.
- Experience using inventory systems, shipping software, or warehouse management tools.
- Interest in long-term growth into inventory management, logistics coordination, or broader operations support.
