We are seeking a Loan Operations Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA. Key Responsibilities

- Provide front-line support to visitors, customers, vendors, and internal team members while maintaining a professional and service-focused approach.
- Answer incoming calls, route calls to the appropriate department or personnel, and monitor designated group email inboxes.
- Perform administrative and clerical support for the Lending Department, including filing, scanning, photocopying, maintaining supplies, and organizing records.
- Process routine loan transactions, including loan payments, paydowns, ACH entries, and cashier’s checks.
- Enter, review, and maintain accurate loan data while protecting confidential customer and loan information.
- Assist with formatting, analyzing, and distributing reports, and escalate complex or non-routine issues to appropriate team members.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22 to $30 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process routine loan payments, paydowns, ACH transactions, and cashier’s checks.
- Maintain accurate loan data and organized loan operations records.
- Provide administrative, clerical, phone, email, and visitor support to the Lending Department.
- Assist with report formatting, distribution, and daily department workflow support.

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support and/or receptionist experience.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PDF tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling loan data, customer information, and operational tasks.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to support customers, vendors, and internal staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to work in office in Santa Rosa, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of lending, real estate, banking, or consumer lending operations.
- Prior experience supporting a lending, financial services, or loan operations department.
- Familiarity with handling confidential customer or financial information in a regulated environment.
