Job Summary
A respected, award-recognized multi-practice commercial law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its West Palm Beach, FL office on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career litigation associate who wants hands-on experience with document review, legal research, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, client communications, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze case documents, discovery materials, pleadings, and related litigation records.
- Conduct legal research and prepare well-written memoranda of law, motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Support deposition, hearing, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation and attendance.
- Communicate with clients in a prompt, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable manner.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support teams to manage case deadlines, filings, and litigation strategy.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while supporting multiple litigation matters in a fast-paced legal environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Direct hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda of law.
- Conduct legal research and document review for active litigation matters.
- Support deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Manage client communications with professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 1 to 4 years of litigation experience, with 2 to 4 years preferred based on role needs.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a litigation environment.
- Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior law firm litigation associate experience.
- Experience preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Familiarity with Florida state court procedures and litigation practice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy.
