We are hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Rep for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a leading healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities
- Sell health insurance products over the phone to prospective and existing customers.
- Consult with customers to understand coverage needs and recommend appropriate plan options.
- Provide quotes and clearly explain plan benefits, features, and available coverage options.
- Manage leads throughout the sales process while maintaining accurate CRM and customer records.
- Meet established sales, productivity, quality, and customer service performance goals.
- Stay current on product offerings, plan details, and competitive advantages.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $23.13 per hour.
- Commission opportunities available on completed sales.
- Medical plan sale: $15 commission.
- Dental plan sale: $10 commission.
- Vision plan sale: $5 commission.
- Additional bonus payout available at the conclusion of the assignment.
- Contract duration: 6+ month assignment with potential for extension.
- Start date: August 24, 2026.
- Work arrangement: Primarily remote, work from home.
- Must be able to report onsite to Mason, OH for onboarding, training, or business-related meetings as needed.
- Schedule options are Eastern Time and may include 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Employees must be available to work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Sell health insurance products through consultative, phone-based sales conversations.
- Manage customer leads from initial contact through completed sale.
- Explain healthcare plan options, benefits, quotes, and coverage details clearly and accurately.
- Maintain CRM documentation and meet sales and service performance goals.
- Active resident health insurance license is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or a combination of relevant education and experience is required.
- Ability to maintain all required insurance licenses.
- Fingerprinting may be required based on state requirements.
- Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, customer records, and phone-based sales tools.
- Must be available for required onsite onboarding, training, or meetings in Mason, OH as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous insurance sales experience.
- Inside sales or direct sales experience.
- Call center experience.
- Customer service experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment.
