We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Legal Receptionist to join a busy law firm. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and supporting daily administrative functions. - Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner. - Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. - Manage visitor check-in, building access, and reception logs. - Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting support. - Process and track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. - Monitor the reception inbox and respond to administrative requests. - Provide general administrative and office services support. - Assist with special projects and provide backup support as needed. Qualifications - High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or professional office. - Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). - Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Professional demeanor with reliable attendance and punctuality. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
