Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Legal Office Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a close-knit legal practice in Orlando, FL. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, paid holidays, paid office closure between Christmas and New Year’s, PTO, sick time, bonus potential, and a supportive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and professional partners.
- Oversee client intake, consultations, onboarding, records, and CRM activity using systems such as Clio Grow.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, mail, supplies, facilities, office organization, and administrative workflow.
- Support attorneys with practice administration, documentation, client communication, and final document processes.
- Coordinate and supervise support staff, including assignments, training, performance, development, and day-to-day team support.
- Assist with billing, collections, budgeting, reporting, HR coordination, marketing support, community outreach, and process improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $60,000 to $62,000 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work arrangement: In-office position in Orlando, FL 32819.
- $500 monthly health insurance stipend.
- 10 days of PTO.
- 1 week of sick time.
- Paid federal holidays.
- Paid office closure between Christmas and New Year’s.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage day-to-day legal office operations, administrative systems, scheduling, facilities, and workflow.
- Oversee client intake, onboarding, records, consultations, and CRM processes.
- Coordinate support staff responsibilities, training, performance, and office coverage.
- Support attorneys with legal administration, client service, documentation, and practice management needs.

- 3 to 5+ years of legal management, law firm administration, or legal services experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience with staffing, work assignments, training, and performance management is strongly preferred.
- Experience using Clio Grow or similar CRM, intake, or legal practice management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional, compassionate, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Must be a local candidate available to work in-office Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in estate planning, probate, fiduciary services, or a related legal practice area.
- Background supporting billing, collections, budgeting, reporting, or law firm financial operations.
- Experience assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, marketing initiatives, or community outreach.
- Ability to improve office procedures, technology usage, records management, and workflow efficiency.
