Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files, case documents, and supporting records.
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records, documentation, and missing case information.
- Schedule and calendar court dates, appointments, deadlines, and other time-sensitive items.
- Prepare correspondence and legal-related documents using Microsoft Word.
- Enter, update, and manage case information in databases, spreadsheets, and office systems.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and office staff while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits
- $16.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annual equivalent of $33,280-$37,440.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Monday-Friday schedule.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support attorneys and staff with case management, records organization, and administrative follow-up.
- Track case status, deadlines, documentation requests, and missing information.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain accurate files, and update databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with filing, scanning, calendaring, and general legal office administration.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience required.
- Legal office experience is helpful, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and record accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a legal office or professional services environment.
- Experience requesting, tracking, or organizing medical records or case-related documentation.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court deadlines, calendaring, or case management processes.
