Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Lead Foreman (Bilingual) for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Collins, CO. This role is ideal for a hands-on landscape professional who enjoys leading crews, maintaining high-quality work standards, and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

The Landscape Lead Foreman will work in a supportive team environment with strong leadership, a hardworking crew, and opportunities to continue growing in the landscaping field. This is a great opportunity for someone with landscape maintenance and/or installation experience who is ready to take the next step in their career while making a visible impact on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and direct landscape crews on daily maintenance and/or installation projects.
- Coordinate work activities to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and completion of assigned tasks.
- Communicate clearly with crew members in English and Spanish to keep work moving effectively.
- Monitor jobsite progress, identify issues, and support solutions in the field.
- Maintain professional standards for workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Support a positive team environment by motivating crew members and setting the example for strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience.
- Direct hire opportunity.
