Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Lead Foreman (Bilingual) for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Collins, CO. This role is ideal for a hands-on landscape professional who enjoys leading crews, maintaining high-quality work standards, and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct landscape crews on daily maintenance and/or installation projects.
- Coordinate work activities to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and completion of assigned tasks.
- Communicate clearly with crew members in English and Spanish to keep work moving effectively.
- Monitor jobsite progress, identify issues, and support solutions in the field.
- Maintain professional standards for workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Support a positive team environment by motivating crew members and setting the example for strong work ethic.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead landscape maintenance and/or installation crews in the field.
- Manage daily crew assignments, workflow, and jobsite execution.
- Support quality control, productivity, and safe work practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish.
- 3 to 5 years of landscaping experience preferred for this lead-level role.
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and/or landscape installation.
- Previous leadership, lead, or foreman experience required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills required.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a crew effectively.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform hands-on landscape duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on both residential and commercial landscape projects.
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance standards, installation practices, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to help train crew members and promote consistent work quality.
