Our client is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a team of landscape professionals and oversee a variety of outdoor construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong landscaping background, proven crew leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with a bilingual team. This is a seasonal position likely running rom April to November most years.

Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations and crew activities.

- Lead a team to complete landscape and hardscape projects efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.

- Oversee projects including patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, tree care, and general landscape construction.

- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and support team development.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers.

- Perform quality checks to ensure projects meet client expectations.

- Communicate professionally with customers and provide updates on project progress.

- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications: 
- 2+ years of professional experience in landscaping and/or hardscape construction is required.

- Prior experience supervising or leading landscaping crews is required.

- Strong knowledge of landscape installation, irrigation, tree care, and outdoor construction practices.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members effectively.

- Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.

- Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate trucks/trailers.

This is an on-site, full time, seasonal opportunity, paying between $28-32 an hour. TBD if this is a temp to hire opportunity or direct hire.
