Large facilities services company is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Janitorial Service Technician to provide scheduled service and maintenance of hygiene and washroom products at client locations. This role involves servicing equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a professional presence while working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver, install, and service hygiene and washroom products at customer locations.

- Maintain washroom equipment by replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, changing air care cartridges, and replenishing bin liners.

- Service feminine hygiene receptacles, including replacing liners, sanitizing units, and properly disposing of waste.

- Inspect equipment to ensure all products are clean, functional, and operating properly.

- Follow assigned service routes and communicate daily with management regarding schedules and customer needs.

- Document completed services and customer requests using a company-issued mobile device.

- Perform restroom power washing using specialized cleaning equipment.

- Build positive relationships with customers by providing courteous and professional service.

- Maintain company standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality while on customer sites.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
