Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Janitorial Maintenance candidate for a temp-to-hire Maintenance Helper opportunity in Bossier City, LA. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on facilities maintenance experience in a structured, supervised environment.

The Janitorial Maintenance position will support classroom readiness by helping staff stock supplies, clean surfaces, and maintain an organized environment. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following instructions in a team-focused setting with supportive supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock classrooms with school supplies according to staff direction.
- Wipe down desks and surfaces using antiseptic wipes.
- Assist maintenance and facility staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks.
- Follow all supervision, safety, and site access guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $13 to $13 per year.
