Premiere hospital health system in Tarrytown, NY is seeking an IT Inventory Analyst to manage the full life cycle of IT inventory from request and ordering, to receipt and deployment, and finally decommissioning. Key Responsibilities:
- Track and log IT equipment, including computers and related hardware, using inventory systems and Excel spreadsheets
- Create, manage, and close tickets related to IT equipment distribution, returns, and issues
- Perform daily reconciliation of inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through consistent data entry
- Coordinate with IT and other staff to ensure proper equipment tracking and accountability
- Follow policies related to data accuracy, asset management, and security
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education HS Diploma or GED
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reconciliation, basic reporting)
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous inventory, administrative, or IT support experience preferred
- Prior experience with ServiceNow is a plus
