- Review inventory movement to ensure WMS activity matches the true physical flow of inventory across storage, replenishment, picking, packing, returns, transfers, and final movement.
- Investigate discrepancies, shortages, overages, missing units, incorrect locations, unexplained adjustments, and recurring process failures.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to correct root causes, improve flow, reduce unnecessary touches, and strengthen accountability across departments.
- Build, train, and lead the inventory team while enforcing standards for inventory movement, location control, system transactions, count accuracy, and escalation procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

- Improve warehouse inventory flow, location discipline, picking efficiency, replenishment accuracy, and system-to-floor alignment.
- Train inventory and warehouse teams on inventory procedures, movement standards, count accuracy, and accountability expectations.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant inventory management or warehouse inventory leadership experience.
- Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses or large-scale warehouse operations.
- Strong background in cycle counts, physical counts, inventory reconciliation, audits, inventory investigations, and discrepancy resolution.
- Experience in apparel, clothing, consumer goods, e-commerce, wholesale, retail distribution, or high-SKU warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of pick and pack operations, replenishment, storage, warehouse movement, location control, and inventory protection.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining urgency, professionalism, and operational momentum.
- Comfortable spending significant time on the warehouse floor reviewing locations, validating counts, observing team behavior, and confirming system accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting warehouse operations with more than 1 million units of inventory.
- Experience improving warehouse layout, pick flow, inventory placement, and labor efficiency.
- Advanced Excel, reporting, or inventory analytics skills.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives in high-SKU, high-volume apparel or consumer goods environments.
